About MonteBarigon Wildwalks
Monte Barigon Wildwalks is a "lockdown project" of Nestor De Guzman and wife Cherylou.
“Gusto lang talaga naming maipakilala ang lugar (We just want the place to be known)," Mr. De Guzman said in an interview.
The open-air promenade is located at Barangay Barigon— the highest point in Agoncillo, Batangas which offers towering views of the Taal Volcano, Taal Lake, and the Tagaytay Ridge.
One of its main features is a 400-step rolling trek within the recreational compound. The amusements scattered within its gated lot are: Puso ng Bayan, Larawang Kupas, Tutubing Gala, Kamay ng Buhay, Sapot ng Pagkakaisa, Taal Lake and Volcano view and Pugad ng Pag-asa— all of which are amazing backdrops worthy of social media postings.
At the same time, the place is ideal for people who prioritize fitness and health, thanks to the place’s long path walks and green surroundings.
The De Guzmans will soon open Camp Tagumpay, a cottage/ picnic area where more guests could snack and relax.
Monte Barigon Wildwalks is open every day from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Guests can enjoy all the place’s attractions for an ecological/ maintenance fee of 50 (adult) and 20 (children) pesos.

Take the Adventure
Monte Barigon Wildwalks is a bodily exercise and a sightseeing activity rolled into one place.
Its attractions that are spread-out within the compound and the journey to reach each one of it are good for the heart for it is a decent cardio activity; and is good for the mind since the environment and the attractions themselves frees one from the stresses life might have brought.
